Newin LF series F.R.P cooling tower fans are meticulously crafted for unparalleled performance in cooling towers, offering unique advantages over conventional fans. These blades are optimized for low noise operation, facilitating maximum airflow and superior pressure capabilities even at reduced speeds. Our comprehensive lineup includes cooling tower fans from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters, air cooler fans from 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters, and power station direct air cooling fans spanning 4.5 meters to an extensive 10.972 meters, ensuring we have the perfect fan for every industrial application.
The fan blades are expertly crafted using high-strength epoxy resin and precision compression molding to
ensure superior adhesion between the fiberglass and resin, coupled with a remarkable degree of density for enhanced durability.
Each blade section transitions seamlessly, providing a polished and immaculate appearance free from flaws, gaps, burrs, or any defects. Moreover, there are at most three minuscule bubbles on each 100mm segment, each with a diameter that does not exceed 3mm.
The fan blades boast limosis-type designs, which deliver a lightweight build, exceptional strength, and remarkable interchangeability, all contributing to superior performance.
The fan blade is equipped with a composite axle journal, which effectively disperses stress concentration at the joint section of the machine. The conventional method of mechanically connecting the blade and shaft using bolts is a key factor in fan failures during operation.
