Operation

Our continuous external spray system ensures the coil remains optimally moistened, significantly enhancing cooling processes. This setup allows the cooled medium to exchange heat efficiently with the spray water via an advanced partition wall heat exchanger, creating an ultra-effective closed loop for cooling. Low-temperature dry air is ingeniously guided into the tower, where it intersects vertically with the spray water flow, driven by strategically placed fans. This results in a composite heat transfer system. After the air and spray water have harmoniously exchanged heat, high-temperature saturated air is promptly expelled from the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes a second phase of heat exchange through an innovative PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, adeptly removing more heat to deliver unparalleled cooling efficiency.
