Working Principle

When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
Experience the pinnacle of cooling efficiency with our EC fan system, expertly designed to draw in crisp, refreshing air. As this invigorating air flows into the tower, it seamlessly integrates with the V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This innovative V-shaped design boasts an expansive contact surface, accelerating the cooling dynamics of both the incoming air and the heated process fluid. This harmonized interaction significantly elevates heat exchange efficiency, setting new standards in cooling performance. Following an optimized partition wall heat exchange with the dry, cool air, the previously hot and saturated air is effectively expelled from the tower. This process ensures the realization of superior Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling), maximizing energy efficiency and operational excellence.
