When the NWFL-VA adiabatic cooler operates:
The process begins as cold water gracefully cascades from the top of the cooler, evenly distributing itself across the high-efficiency evaporative cooling pads. Simultaneously, cool, dry air is expertly drawn in by the advanced EC axial fan, sweeping over the pads for an initial precooling phase. This adiabatic precooling of air significantly enhances its cooling capacity, making it even more effective at rapidly reducing temperatures of the warm process fluid. Such innovation ensures optimal performance and energy efficiency for all your multi-cell cooling applications.

Our robust galvanized steel panel is fortified with the exclusive NWN-Armour anti-corrosion coating, offering exceptional resistance and durability akin to stainless steel. This advancement empowers the equipment to operate efficiently with higher concentration cycles, significantly reducing water consumption. Should damage occur, the coating is easily repairable.
· V Type Finned Coil Heat Exchanger
Engineered with precision, the finned coil heat exchanger features copper tubes and meticulously spaced aluminum fins, ensuring unmatched heat exchange performance. The copper tubes are expertly secured to the coil headers through brazing and to the finned coil via flaring, optimizing thermal conduction continuity.
· EC Axial Fan
- Featuring an EC motor straight-shaft drive, this fan boasts a motor protection grade of IP55 and insulation grade F, making it ideal for prolonged operation in hot and humid environments, delivering smooth performance. EC motors achieve exceptional energy efficiency, reaching IE4 or higher.
- The fan incorporates tapered roller bearings, renowned for their substantial load-bearing capacity and extended lifespan, with a rated service life exceeding 20,000 hours.
- Through rigorous static and dynamic testing during production, noise levels are minimized while ensuring optimal heat exchange performance. The PFC technology maintains harmonics below 35%, allowing the EC fan system to sustain high static efficiency, even at reduced speeds.
· Adiabatic Pre-cooler
- Our evaporative cooling pads, crafted from cellular materials of impregnated cellulose with varying flute patterns, are housed within a durable stainless steel framework. Water is distributed from the top, ensuring complete wetting for maximum efficiency.
- Enhanced with an anti-UV treatment, the external surface of the evaporative cooling pads is fortified for increased durability and allows for convenient cleaning using a pressure washer, prolonging their service life.
- The inclusion of a water circulation pump with the evaporative cooling pads facilitates achieving desired conditions even during peak summer.
· Adiabatic Intelligent Controls
- Our intelligent EC fan frequency conversion adapts to diverse onsite conditions, optimizing energy conservation.
