Product Description

MVSThe MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch is a sophisticated, purely mechanical instrument designed for precise vibration monitoring. This innovative switch boasts an intricate design, incorporating elements such as springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, and micro switches, all working harmoniously together. The heart of this device, the sensing mechanism, operates in two stable conditions: non-triggered and triggered. Typically, in standard conditions, it rests in the non-triggered state. However, when the vibration levels of your rotating machinery hit or surpass the predetermined threshold, the mechanism transitions to the triggered state. This shift activates the micro switch's contacts: transforming COM and NC from a normally closed state to an open one, while COM and NO switch from open to closed. As a result, this ingenious design not only alerts you with an alarm function but also has the capability to automatically shut down equipment power, ensuring seamless control and monitoring of your machinery.

Within the mechanical vibration switch, a delicate balance is maintained by a support rod paired with a spring, crafting a dynamic sensing mechanism that pivots on the support rod as its axis. It expertly gauges the intensity of vibration acceleration. By manipulating the adjusting rod, one can alter the pre-stress applied to the induction mechanism, which serves as the set point of the switch. When the device is mounted vertically, gravitational forces must be accounted for. Should the vibration fall below this pre-set threshold, the switch remains in a non-triggered stable state, as depicted in Figure 1. Conversely, if the vibration exceeds the pre-stress, it transitions seamlessly to a triggered state, illustrated in Figure 2. The MVS1110's set point is ingeniously controlled by adjusting the spring angle via the adjustment lever, allowing for precision and adaptability.

Upon the sensing mechanism's transition to the trigger state, it skillfully propels the micro switch's rocker arm upward. This dynamic movement alters the micro switch's contact state, emitting the corresponding contact signal crucial for controlling the loop. This transition is pivotal in safeguarding the rotating equipment, offering a robust protection mechanism, or effectively raising an alarm. The design ensures optimal functionality and seamless integration into your monitoring systems.
