1. Overview
1.1 SWZQ-3C1 three-parameter combination probe is researched by AVIC Huiyang Aviation
Propeller Co., Ltd. A generation of fan monitors. Strong function and easy to install and use.
The vibration speed monitoring circuit uses a semiconductor acceleration sensor, which is
integrated, amplified, and collected. Calculated, the current loop circuit outputs a 4-20 mA signal
proportional to the true rms value of the vibration velocity.
The oil temperature monitoring circuit uses a semiconductor temperature sensor, which is
conditioned and amplified, and outputs a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the temperature value
through the current loop circuit.
The oil level monitoring circuit uses a magnetic float and a magnetic sensing element. After
conditioning and amplifying, the current loop circuit outputs a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the
oil level value.
