When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler springs into action:
The advanced EC fan system diligently draws in refreshingly cool and dry air, guiding it seamlessly into the tower via the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This intelligently crafted design, with its expansive contact surface, dramatically accelerates the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid. As a result, there is a marked enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. The hot, saturated air, transformed through extensive partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool dry air, is then expelled efficiently from the tower. This process achieves highly effective Free Cooling, operating on the principle of non-evaporative cooling, and ensures optimal performance and energy efficiency.
