CASING AND WATER BASIN
Constructed from premium fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with water-resistant resin and superior quality fiberglass mat, offering excellent moisture resistance and formidable strength. The machine-applied gel-coat ensures a flawlessly thermal-formed finish.
FAN & DRIVING SYSTEM
Our cooling tower fans, with adjustable pitch blades, are expertly balanced for smooth, quiet operation. Standard materials include A.B.S and aluminum alloy, with options for F.R.P or stainless steel. Smaller towers feature direct drive low-noise fans, whereas larger models boast Belt drive speed reducers or Gear boxes for enhanced performance.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Our advanced system employs high-efficiency rotating sprinkler heads crafted from durable plastic or aluminum alloy, effectively minimizing pressure loss from friction and ensuring evenly dispersed water for optimal thermal cooling.
FILL PACKING
Utilizing high-grade, performance-enhanced PVC, it delivers superior cooling efficiency, anti-corrosive properties, and meets UL V-0 standards.
