The Newin CF series, crafted from solid aluminum alloy, are delivered unassembled. Each fan blade and hub is meticulously matched to ensure effortless and accurate re-assembly, guaranteeing the high standards you expect.
a. Choose an expansive open area that can comfortably accommodate the fan's diameter, ensuring you have plenty of space to work with.
b. Strategically position the fan hub (1) in the center of your workspace, aligning it with the blade sockets for a seamless assembly process.
c. Carefully place fan blade (2) into a designated blade socket on the hub. On configurations where blades overlap at the hub, ensure the leading edge is positioned beneath the trailing edge of the forward blade for optimal alignment.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is positioned inboard of the inner hub rim, ensuring a secure and stable installation.
