Newin Nwn Counter Flow Closed Type Cooling Tower
 

NWN series counter flow closed type cooling tower, closed loop, support dry operation mode without spray water in winter, can replace chillers in winter, greatly reduce energy consumption.

Working: Flows the fluid medium that needs to be cooled in the high-efficiency serpentine heat exchanger. The external spray system continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling, so that the cooled medium passes through the partition heat exchanger and sprays water heat exchange.

COOLING TOWER PARTS

1. Axial Flow Fan
Utilization of the cooling tower special aluminum alloy axial flow fan, forward type blade structure design, small wind resistance, big air volume, low noise, good performance, high efficiency. Streamline high-strength fan stack ensures airflow uniform through the fan inlet and outlet area, maximum reduce the energy consumption. Fan motor's protection class: IP55, Insulation class: F class. Options: Two-speed, VFD or anti-explosion motor.

2. EVD PVC Drift Eliminator
Efficiently extracting airborne water droplets, small wind resistance and an impressive capture rate of 99.99%, thus guaranteeing optimal heat transfer performance.
 

3. Uniform Water Distribution
The strategically positioned Three-splashed-Nozzles, evenly water distribution under low pressure flow; Large caliber and three splashed type design, not easy to block, enhance spray coverage and guarantee continuous effective spraying, ensuring the efficient cooling performance of cooling tower.

4. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
The high-quality heat exchange coil utilizes a stainless steel serpentine bending tube and a sturdy framework, ensuring superior thermal performance and full contact with spray water for efficient heat exchange and effective cooling. The stainless steel heat exchange pipes are not only resistant to corrosion, but also lightweight and recyclable.
 

5. EVL Inlet Grille
Special 3D stereo 45-degree ventilation channel, greatly improves product rigidity and wind  load resistance.
Reduce noise and prevent the growth of algae.
Anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet, maintenance-free.

6. Heavy-duty Construction
The high-quality Z700 galvanized steel frame and shell, offering corrosion resistance. For particularly harsh environments, the optional SUS314/316 or NWN-Armour anti-corrosion coated steel provides exceptional protection.
