Boasting a closed loop system, it offers the flexibility to support dry operation mode without the need for spray water during winter months. This versatility allows it to seamlessly substitute chillers, leading to an impressive reduction in energy consumption.
Functionality at its finest: The internal workings of the system ensure optimal cooling. The fluid medium in need of temperature reduction travels through a high-efficiency serpentine heat exchanger. An external spray system plays a crucial role by consistently wetting the coil's surface for enhanced cooling. The cooled medium then elegantly moves through the partition heat exchanger, interacting with the spray water for superior heat exchange performance.

COOLING TOWER COMPONENTS
1. Axial Flow Fan
Designed with a specialized aluminum alloy axial flow fan, it features a forward blade structure for reduced wind resistance, increased air volume, and low noise. The fan ensures optimal performance and energy efficiency. A streamlined, high-strength fan stack guarantees even airflow through both the inlet and outlet, significantly lowering energy consumption. The fan motor is designed with protection class IP55 and insulation class F. Optional features include a two-speed motor, VFD, or an anti-explosion motor.
2. EVD PVC Drift Eliminator
Engineered for superb efficiency, it effectively extracts airborne water droplets with minimal wind resistance, boasting an impressive 99.99% capture rate to ensure peak heat transfer performance.
3. Uniform Water Distribution
Equipped with strategically placed Three-splashed-Nozzles, this system provides even water distribution under low-pressure flow. Its large caliber and triple splash design prevent blockages, enhance spray coverage, and guarantee continuous and effective spraying, ensuring the cooling tower operates at maximum efficiency.
4. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
This premium heat exchange coil features a stainless steel serpentine bending tube supported by a robust framework. It ensures superior thermal performance with full spray water contact for efficient heat exchange and cooling. Resistant to corrosion, these lightweight and recyclable stainless steel pipes promise long-lasting use.
5. EVL Inlet Grille
Utilizing a special 3D stereo 45-degree ventilation channel, it significantly enhances product rigidity and wind load resistance.
The design minimizes noise and inhibits algae growth.
Offers anti-corrosion and anti-ultraviolet properties, requiring no maintenance.
6. Heavy-duty Construction
Constructed with high-quality Z700 galvanized steel for outstanding corrosion resistance. For extremely harsh conditions, optional SUS314/316 or NWN-Armour coated steel provides unmatched protection.
