This series includes cooling tower fans ranging from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters, air cooler fans from 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters, and power station direct air cooling fans from 4.5 meters to 10.972 meters. The fan blades are meticulously crafted using premium high-strength epoxy resin and advanced compression molding techniques, ensuring
an impeccable bond between the fiberglass and resin. This fusion guarantees remarkable density and structural integrity.

Each blade segment transitions seamlessly, boasting a flawless and pristine finish devoid of any imperfections, gaps, burrs, or defects. Remarkably, no more than three minuscule bubbles, each measuring under 3mm in diameter, are present per 100mm section.

The fan blades incorporate limosis-type designs, providing a lightweight yet robust structure, unparalleled strength, and exceptional interchangeability, all contributing to superior performance.

Incorporating a composite axle journal, the fan blade effectively mitigates stress concentrations at the machine's joint, diverging from conventional mechanical connections. Traditional bolt-connection methods have been identified as primary culprits in operational fan breakdowns.
