When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The state-of-the-art EC fan system dynamically draws in cool, dry air, which gracefully enters the tower through the ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This innovative V-shaped architecture provides an expanded contact surface, significantly enhancing the cooling effect on both the incoming air and the hot process fluid. This results in a remarkable boost in heat exchange efficiency. Once the optimal partition wall heat exchange occurs with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is expertly expelled from the tower. This leads to superior Free Cooling through non-evaporative methods, offering a highly efficient and environmentally friendly solution.
