a. Choose an expansive, open space that can comfortably accommodate the full diameter of the fan, allowing for easy and safe assembly.
b. Position fan hub 1 precisely at the center of your designated work area, ensuring that the blade sockets are ready for installation.
c. Carefully place fan blade 2 into a blade socket on the hub. For fans with blade overlap at the hub, make sure that the leading edge of each blade is positioned beneath the trailing edge of the forward blade for optimal performance.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is securely positioned inboard of the inner hub rim to guarantee safety and stability during operation.
