The Newin CF series, featuring solid type aluminum alloy fans, are delivered in an unassembled form. The fan blades and hub are precisely matched to guarantee proper reassembly.
a. Choose a spacious, open area that can accommodate the full diameter of the fan.
b. Position the fan hub (1) centrally within the work area, ensuring the blade sockets are accessible.
c. Carefully place fan blade (2) into a socket on the hub. For fans where blades overlap at the hub, make sure that the leading edge is positioned beneath the trailing edge of the forward blade to ensure smooth operation.
d. Make certain that the blade shank's safety collar is positioned inward of the inner hub rim for secure assembly.
