MVSIntroducing the MVS1110 Mechanical Vibration Switch, a purely mechanical marvel in vibration monitoring. This ingeniously designed instrument incorporates springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, micro switches, and more to ensure optimal performance. At its core, the sensing mechanism operates in two stable states: non-triggered and triggered. Typically, the mechanism resides in a non-triggered state, maintaining peace until the vibration levels in rotating machinery surpass the predetermined threshold. Upon reaching or exceeding this limit, the mechanism seamlessly transitions to the triggered state, ingeniously altering the micro switch contact states. The COM and NC connections shift from a normally closed to a disconnected state, while COM and NO evolve from normally open to a closed state. This sophisticated transition facilitates an advanced alarm function or automatically powers down the equipment, ensuring seamless safety and operational continuity.

Within the intricate inner workings of the mechanical vibration switch, the sensing mechanism is dynamically tensioned by a support rod and spring. This mechanism gracefully oscillates with the support rod as its axis, adeptly sensing the intensity of vibration acceleration. By manipulating the adjusting rod, users can precisely control the pre-stress imposed on the induction mechanism, setting the vital threshold for the switch. When installed vertically, the gravitational influences are meticulously accounted for. If the vibration value falls below the pre-stress, the switch confidently remains in a non-triggered stable state, illustrated in Figure 1. Conversely, when the vibration surpasses the pre-stress, the switch elegantly transitions into the trigger state, depicted in Figure 2. Fine-tuning the MVS1110's set point is effortlessly achieved by adjusting the spring angle through the adjustment lever, offering unparalleled precision.
Upon switching to the trigger state, the sensing mechanism expertly elevates the micro switch's rocker arm. This action transforms the contact state of the micro switch, thereby delivering the corresponding contact signal. This sophisticated system enables the seamless activation or deactivation of the control loop, safeguarding rotation equipment and efficiently triggering alarms.
