When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The innovative EC fan system powerfully draws in the cool, dry air, directing it seamlessly into the tower through the state-of-the-art V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This V-shaped configuration, with its expansive contact surface, remarkably enhances the cooling process for both the ambient air and the heated process fluid, resulting in a dramatic boost in heat exchange efficiency. As the hot saturated air undergoes meticulous partition wall heat exchange with the refreshing cool air, it is efficiently expelled from the tower, thereby achieving unparalleled Free Cooling, also known as non-evaporative cooling.
