Evapco Cooling Tower Infills
1) Features
EFFICIENT
The patented EVAPAK fi ll was developed in EVAPCO's heat transfer laboratory through thousands of hours of thermal performance testing. EVAPAK's unique cross- fl uted, counterfl ow fi ll pattern is designed to induce highly turbulent mixing of the air and water to provide superior heat transfer.
WORKING PLATFORM
Due to the unique way in which the crossfl uted sheets are bonded together, the structural integrity of the fi ll is greatly enhanced, making the fi ll useable as a working platform and providing a safe working environment to perform preventative maintenance or service.
CUSTOM DESIGN
EVAPCO will custom design and manufacture PVC fi ll for all forced draft equipment regardless of the original manufacturer. EVAPCO's patented EVAPAK fi ll is guaranteed to fi t your existing cooling tower.
EASY INSTALLATION
The light weight, easy to handle PVC fi ll bundles simplify installation thereby saving labor hours and cost.
NON-CORROSIVE
EVAPAK fi ll is constructed of inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It will not rot or decay and is formulated to withstand water temperatures of 130o F. Higher temperature fi ll is available upon request. In tests conducted according to ASTM-E84-81A, the EVAPAK fl ame spread rating was 5.
