Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system ingeniously draws in refreshingly cool, dry air, which gracefully makes its way into the tower through the advanced V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This V-shaped marvel features a large contact surface that significantly accelerates the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid, resulting in a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. Through the process of extensive partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, the hot saturated air is expelled from the tower, effectively achieving efficient Free Cooling, a non-evaporative and highly eco-friendly cooling solution.
