Working Principle
During the operation of the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler:
Experience groundbreaking cooling with our EC fan system, designed to draw in cool, dry air with precision. This air is channeled through our innovatively engineered tower, featuring a V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The remarkable V-shaped architecture maximizes the surface area for contact, thus turbocharging the cooling process of both the incoming air and the circulating hot process fluid. This design breakthrough ensures a striking enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. Once the hot, saturated air has sufficiently interacted with the cool, dry air through the partition wall heat exchange, it is expertly expelled from the tower, culminating in exceptional Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling) efficiency.
