Working Principle
When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The innovative EC fan system ingeniously draws in refreshing cool dry air that seamlessly enters the tower through the specialized V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This unique V-shaped design offers an expansive contact surface, substantially enhancing the cooling process for both the air and the heated process fluid, which results in a remarkable boost in heat exchange efficiency. Following an extensive partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool dry air, the hot saturated air is efficiently discharged from the tower, achieving an optimal state of Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).
